Yesterday after dinner, Landon and I went to the store and got stuff to make a cake for Ben's birthday. This was Landon's first time to help bake with mommy. He was such a big help and had so much fun. All he kept saying the whole time was "I want cake". I ended up giving in and let him have a piece before Ben even saw it. We woke him up at 11:00 and Landon kept saying "cake daddy, cake daddy". He's just so darn cute. We'll have to take Daddy to dinner this weekend for his birthday celebration.

Ben even got a surprise call from Lukas today. That really made his day. We all REALLY miss him like crazy. Landon is a lost puppy without him. When Lukas calls, Landon says "I want to talk to Lukas" and yells till you give him the phone. Ben and I both tear up when Landon talks to him. It's absolutely precious. Lukas is having a blast. He told us that he drove the pontoon boat the first day they arrived, went swimming on the beach for 4 hours, and today they were going to Sackets Harbor. He also told us he has had ice cream every night! He is definitely getting spoiled by Nanny, Great Nanny & Pappap and Great Uncle's and Aunt's. Only 5 more days till he comes home!!! We can't wait to see him:-)
