Blue & Gold Banquet

Our pack had their annual Blue and Gold banquet tonight. This year they did things a little different. We had a potluck dinner and had entertainment. We also had a parent put a wonderful slide show together. Lukas was so happy that Daddy could go this year!

At the beginning of the year, the committee decided on an incentive for the boy scout popcorn sale. For every $250.00 you sell, you get to throw a pie in your leaders face. They decided to do the "pie throwing" at the end of the banquet. Lukas sold a little over $250 and got to throw one pie. This was his favorite part of the entire banquet. We have some awesome dads in this pack!

Happy 5th Birthday, Landon Travis!

5 years ago our 2nd baby boy was born. Wow... has time flown by! This is a such a special age. Another milestone! We saved a small present and got donuts and presented this before school. He was so excited to get a donut with a candle and another present. A Batman DS game!!!

Happy 5th Birthday baby boy... we love you so much!

Landon's Birthday Party!

Since, Landon's birthday landed on a Tuesday this year, we celebrated a few days early with a family party at our house (AKA – The Batcave). We sure did have a house full of family and friends! He had a wonderful party and loads of fun!

Monster Jam

Lukas went to Monster Jam at the Consol Energy Center with our great friends tonight. It was scout night and since it was on a Friday night, we were unable to go. We didn't want Lukas to miss out on this awesome event, so we asked our friends if he could go with them. We are so happy they took him. He had a BLAST. His favorite monster truck at the show was Monster Mutt!

For just the scouts, you could pay an additional fee and arrive early to go down in the pitts before the show. Lukas thought this was AWESOME! He took our old camera and got some pics!

Valentine's Day

Mommy's bundle of flowers from Daddy. He wanted to get me white lilies like I had in my wedding bouquet, but they didn't have them. He settled for the stargazers. Luv my husband!

He had Landon with him and my little mommy's boy pick out a dozen roses from him. LOL! Too cute:)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Lukas picked out airplane valentines & Landon chose tattoo valentines! They had a lot of fun with it this year. Landon did really well writing his own name. He still writes really big and we're trying to work with him. It's difficult for us since he is left handed and we are right handed. We were hoping that he would of switched over this year, but it looks like we have a lefty for sure.

This was a very big Valentine's Day for us! Lukas got his first phone call at the house. A girl, Nicole, from his class called and they talked on the phone for an hour and a half. We didn't really know how to handle this. He's our baby and he's starting to get phone calls. Scary! I think we are going to have to have the talk with him sooner than we thought. Oh my! The joys of being a parent.

Needless to say, this was a very rememberable Valentine's Day at the Remaley household.
