After we had dinner, we headed to the Pittsburgh Zoo for Member's Night. Since it has been so hot this week, it made more sense to go in the evening. A lot of the animals were very hot and lying around. Though, the African painted Wild Dogs were very active. It was so much fun to watch them chase each other around. Another perk about member's night was that there weren't all lot of people! It was fabulous and we didn't have to wait for anybody. The boys also got to enjoy free rides on the Safari cars and log ride. Landon chickened out at the last minute on the log ride. They also had some animals throughout the park that you could visit up close. We even had enough time for them to play in the playground. We had a long, fun filled day and were all extremely tired when you got home.
