Landon @ the dentist

Ben and Landon had dentist appointments today. Ben actually took a photo and sent it to me at work. Our baby is such a BIG BOY!

Our little bakers

This evening we made our Christmas sugar cookies. The boys were a great big help! I'm sure we'll be making another batch of cookies in a couple weeks:)

Breakfast with Santa

The boys and I went to AVH to have breakfast with Santa. Ben headed out for another day in the woods. Lukas decided to go with Landon and I instead of hunting. Which was nice, since my mom is in charge of the event. When we first arrived, we sat with Santa (which took a little time to convince Landon and he said he's only go if I went with him) and the boys told him what the wanted most for Christmas. They both got a cookie and bag full of toys. Unfortunately, I didn't get any photos of the boys with Santa:( There was a gal there taking photos and I'm sure my mom will give us one.

After we visited Santa, I took them over to get their breakfast. They got a muffin, fruit cup, peanut butter crackers and milk. Then, we made christmas ornaments. I got to tell you... Lukas was really into making the crafts this year. He made three of them and of course Landon had to copy Lukas:) They both did a great job this year!

O' Christmas Tree...

We decorated our tree the day after we got it, but forgot to add them to our previous post. We also got a couple new ornaments. Landon's 4 year and Lukas picked out the lego star wars! The best part about decorating our tree is seeing their faces light up when we get out our hallmark ornaments. We just love the way they decorate, too. All the ornaments get hung in the same spot:)

Police Station

Tonight Pack 553 visited the Allegheny Township Police Station. We got a tour of the building and they even got one of the cars out for the kids to enjoy. Lukas really loved our tour of the station:)

Science project

Lukas has been learning about different habitats in science. His teacher sent home a science project. He had to create an animal habitat using a shoebox. He could choose from the following habitats he studied:

Rain Forest

Desert

Grassland

Tundra/Artic

Pond

Ocean

Lukas chose to do a desert. He was so excited and couldn't wait to make his habitat. He went online and found desert images. We took him to Pat Catan's to get some sand and plastic animals. He really did a great job on this project (With a little help from Mommy). It is due on December 5th and he has it completed! He's going to take it in on Tuesday. Great job, Lukas. We love your desert habitat!

Today, we went to get our Christmas tree!

We went to a new tree farm this year. The weather was warm and the boys had so much fun. Landon had tons of fun running through the pine trees and fell down at least four times. After searching for about an hour, we ended back at the same tree we saw in the very beginning... our blue spruce. It's a very heavy, prickly, big bugger! We love our tree this year:)

All I want for Christmas is...

...my two front teeth!

This morning after breakfast, Lukas came up to me and said "is my tooth bleeding?" I told him it was and he said that it was from eating his Apple Jacks. I couldn't let him go to school like this, so I asked him to let me pull it out. This makes tooth #4! This was the first tooth that was a little painful for him. He didn't cry, but let out a couple yells. He was so excited when he looked in the mirror. As usual, Mommy gets to the dirty work;) It's really not as bad as I thought it was going to be pulling teeth. I'm a pro just like my mother was! I've actually pulled all of his teeth. Lukas actually asks me to pull them. He gets scared to do it himself. Doesn't he look so different?!?!
