Pack 553 Zoo Day

Lukas and I went to the Zoo with his cub scout pack. We got there a little early and got to walk around and a watch some of the exhibits. The Pittsburgh Zoo has a new baby black rhino. She's so stinking cute! We spent a lot of time watching her.

From 2pm – 4pm we broke up the dens and went into our own education rooms and worked on different achievements/requirements. The Bears worked/completed achievement 5. The instructor  brought out various animals, they made a poster on any animal of their choice, and made a bird feeder. It was very educational and the boys had so much fun. We finished up a little earlier and went to watch the baby rhino again!

It was a great Mommy & Lukas day! On the way home, I treated him to Sonic:)

Monster High Party

The boys and I went to Ashlynn's Monster High surprise party. We had so much fun!

Lower expander

Lukas got his bottom expander today. This one is removable which will make it a lot easier to take care of. He has to wear this all the time. He can only take it out to turn and clean it. Lukas picked the colors... Notre Dame!

RIP Cleo & Tao

We had to put Cleo down today. She was not doing well the past week.

We lost her sister, Tao, this Summer. We actually left her at Ben's dad's house to see if they could help her. She was there for a couple weeks, but didn't make it. Cleo was very lost after Tao was gone. We figured that they lived to be about 20 years... WOW!

They were beautiful kitties and will never be forgotten! RIP Tao & Cleo – Together again...
