I've been horrible with keeping up with our blog, so I decided to put all of Rudy's shenanigans in one post. The boys looked forward to seeing what Rudy was going to do next and they were very sad when he left on Christmas Eve. They can't wait for him to return!

Christmas Eve

Christmas is slightly different this year. It's amazing how different you feel when someone so special that started this tradition years before I was born is gone. I will continue to this tradition with my family... we went to Christmas Eve service and following we all gathered at Pappap's house and we all knew that Nanny was there with us. Pappap didn't put a tree up and is very lost, but it is so very special to all of us to have him still with us.

Lukas got his top braces off today! His teeth look amazing....

The Little Drummer Boy

The boys both participated in our church children's program Christmas play, The Little Drummer Boy. Lukas had a speaking part and was the character, Bartholomew. He did so well and looked so cute. Landon was one of the stable animals, but he was not feeling well and didn't end up being in the play. We actually had to leave right after the play was over because he was so sick. But, he looked so cute for the short period of time he was in his chicken costume. All the children did a wonderful job!
